Two unknown masked suspects entered South Central Bank on Fairview Avenue pulled out a gun and demanded money.

“I really wasn’t expecting this bank to get robbed.”

Brad White says he was working behind the bank when he says he saw a black male and white female dart through the parking lot.

Bowling Green Police say the 2 unknown masked suspects entered the bank lobby and immediately approached the counter.

Then the second suspect walked behind the counter and took an undetermined amount of cash from the bank drawers then both fled on foot, last seen running towards the Medical Center.

“I would have at least tried to figure out where they were going, if I knew the place was getting robbed.”

Police say the armed suspect is described as a male around 5’11” and the female is described around 5’8”.

Both were wearing dark color hoods, possibly blue coat or overalls and white tennis shoes.
