Former Warren County Magistrate, Terry Stahl waived his formal arraignment in District Court on Thursday on three counts of trafficking a controlled substance.
The Warren County-Bowling Green Drug Task Force arrested Stahl Wednesday night, after he allegedly sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant.
He was also served with two warrants for previous alleged drug buys.
The DTF and Bowling Green Police have investigated Stahl for three months prior to his arrest.
His term on Warren County's Fiscal Court ended in 2002, when he lost a bid for re-election.
Stahl was released from jail Thursday morning on a 25-thousand dollar bond on the condition that he enter into inpatient treatment.
