General Mills is recalling 4,000 cans of refried beans, citing a potential for contamination of Clostridium botulism.
The recall is for Old El Paso Traditional Variety Re-fried Beans in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Indiana.
General Mills said routine testing found that the beans might have been under-processed.
No illnesses have been reported.
