A Grayson County Jail deputy and a jail nurse have filed a lawsuit in U.S. District court in Owensboro.

In the suit, Misty Fentress claims she was sexually harassed by other deputies. The jail nurse claims she had to give a check for unused vacation time to Jailer Joey Stanton's re-election campaign last spring. County officials haven't responded to the suit saying in published reports that they haven't seen it yet.

Both women are seeking $3 million.
