Nathaniel is a 29-year old stock car racing fan and quality assurance worker from Florence, Kentucky.
He was the first person to graduate from college in his family, but was rejected from jobs because of his appearance.
Nathaniel had a nose job, brow lift, eye surgery, and received porcelain veneers, along with a few other procedures.
He says his experience on Extreme Makeover changed his life.
