Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a Morgantown man.
Police say 44-year old Cleavie Dewayne Garner was involved in an altercation one week ago.
According to the Warren County Coroner's office, Garner died as a result of the altercation.
Kentucky State Police are conducting a death investigation.
No arrests have been made.
