I wanted to let you know that I called into your station a few times on Tuesday during the big storm, and a young man named Sam answered the phone each time I called. He was extremely helpful to me and my family during this stressful time. We were so scared and Sam gave us comfort with his up to date information. I just wanted to thank him and to let him know that our enire family really enjoys his dot com segment on the Web. Mary
