Numerous dignitaries took part, visiting the veterans and sharing their thoughts on what this special holiday means to them. Kentucky House Speaker Jody Richards headlined the guests which included Warren County Attorney Amy Milliken, Warren County Sheriff Jerry "Peanut" Gaines, and Warren County Jailer Jackie Strode.

WBKO-TV's Lori Mitchell and Gene Birk also took part in the program. All expressed their gratitude to the veterans.
