BG Man Gets Nine Years for Drive-By Shooting

Terrence l. Boards was sentenced in federal court, for being an "accessory after the fact" to a drive-by shooting of the home of the mother of a police informant. Boards had been found guilty by a jury of assisting Michael J. Simmons.

Last December, Simmons pleaded guilty to firing a handgun multiple times into the residence. He was sentenced to 16-1/2 years in prison.
