Residents of Bowling Green Towers say they're one step closer to keeping the bedbugs from biting. Bowling Green Towers Residents' Association President Debbie Bell says her group met with the regional manager of Tesco Properties yesterday to discuss their concern.

Bell says five floors of the towers have become infested with the nocturnal insects and they're hoping new efforts by Tesco will remedy their situation.

"With the bedbug issue, we are having exterminators come out on a regular basis, and they will be spraying all the apartments, all the affected floors," Bell explains.

Officials at Bowling Green Towers have declined to comment on the bedbug infestation.
