Monday may be the first day of the workweek, but what better excuse to get out and enjoy the weather than an outside car show? Each Monday night at Santa Fe Cattle Co. about 140 souped-up cars sit in the parking lot. Kitchen Manager, Keith Henson says the restaurant has hosted the car show each Monday for six years!
The cars start pulling in around five, but it really starts getting crowded around six.
