The only person charged with a felony in the personnel investigation of the Fletcher administration was to have gone to court today.
Dan Druen was going to be asked to answer 22 charges he tried to tamper with evidence and a witness.
An illness in the family resulted in a postponement of his appearance until next week.
Druen was commissioner of administrative services in the Transportation Cabinet and has become a central figure in the personnel investigation.
He was forced out of his job, though administration officials have said it was not because of the charges.
Druen is also accused of 13 misdemeanor criminal violations of the personnel law, for which he has already pleaded not guilty.
