The Warren County grand jury indicts a former Glasgow psychologist for Medicaid fraud.

Kentucky's Attorney General's Office says investigators arrested 43-year-old Kenneth A. Brasel of Glasgow March 24.

He is currently free on bond.

Brasel was indicted on four felony counts of fraudulently billing the Kentucky Medicaid Program for Psychological Services to school children he did not perform between 1998 and 2004.

The indictment also states he concealed a prior felony conviction, at the time he sought permission to treat the children.

Brasel faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
