More than 40 dogs are now up for adoption after an early morning house fire.
The owner of the home on Long Road escaped without harm.
Firefighters from Woodburn, Plano, and Browning were able to rescue about 42 dogs in the home, but it was too late to save about 15 other dogs.
The owner told firefighters he believes the fire may have been started by a fan on the second floor.
All of 42 the animals rescued from the home are up for adoption at the Bowling Green- Warren County Humane Society.
If you are interested in adopting these dogs, call the Humane Society at (270) 842-8572.
