NewsCenter 13 has learned Wal-Mart is in negotiations to open a new store at the intersection of Morgantown Road and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Bowling Green.
The 30-acre tract of land is now zoned for highway business after a recent vote by the Bowling Green City Commission.
