Fifty-eight-year-old Charles Jones pleaded not guilty to a charge of using a minor in a sexual performance.
He was arrested by state police last October and indicted by a Logan County Grand Jury last month. He was fired from his job as the city's street supervisor after the indictment.
His pre-trial conference is set for Jan. 31.
