Police Radios

More than a thousand calls ring in at the Bowling Green Police Department Dispatch every day and unless you’ve worked in the law enforcement industry, the police talk can sound a bit confusing.

Police use 10-codes and signals to help shorten and ease communications and to make sure their directions are clear and concise.

Both the Bowling Green Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Department say they’ll ease into the transition to make it a little easier for their officers.
