The Oakland man who barricaded himself from authorities in a north Warren County farmhouse last September, is scheduled to stand trial in federal court February sixth. 42-year-old Russell Sublett faces numerous charges, including the attempted murder of a federal agent and carjacking.
He's accused of leading authorities on a high-speed chase that ended when he rammed a car he allegedly hijacked, into his former employer's home. Sublett then exchanged gunfire with authorities for three days, before Bowling Green police officer Mike Delaney talked him into surrendering.
