The Pulaski County Fiscal Court has agreed to continue litigation in efforts to put the religious text back on courthouse walls.
The action is based on temporary injunctions that were in place when the nation's highest court made their decision--against it--in June.
Commandment supporters also don't agree with a decision made by a lower court judge.
In the case considered earlier this year, Supreme Court justices agreed with the ACLU which argues the commandments violate the separation of church and state, and are therefore unconstitutional.
