It's cookie time! Many Girl Scouts across the national are selling their infamous cookies, but some girls aren't even getting the chance to sell. That's because there is a shortage of volunteers leaving more than 700 girls in Kentucky on a waiting list.

Girl Scout officials say they have the highest girl interest ever, but don't have enough leaders to keep up with the girls signing up to join. Right now more than 120 volunteers are needed. If you would like to volunteer you can call 842-8138.
