Hillary Rodham Clinton is the headliner for a Kentucky Democratic Party fundraiser in Louisville that is expected to raise more than $100,000 to bolster the campaigns of state-level candidates.
The appearance on May 9 also benefits Clinton by allowing her to make another appeal to Kentucky voters before the May 20 Democratic presidential primary and by giving her face time with uncommitted Democratic superdelegates.
Two of Kentucky's Democratic superdelegates have endorsed Barack Obama.
Three others remain uncommitted.
