The office of the Kentucky Attorney General is now investigating the online college whose call center closed in Bowling Green. Decker College abruptly closed its call center in August.

Attorney General, Greg Stumbo's, office is now investigating whether Decker College engaged in practices that are in violation of the Consumer Protection Act.

The Department of Education has been reviewing Decker College since July of this year.

Since then no funding has been released to the school. The school claims that is why they've shut down campuses in Louisville, Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Indianapolis.

Now, according to a letter sent to Decker College students, they are in direct contact with the United States Department of Education trying to resolve the problem.

Some 40 employees from the Bowling Green call center are now suing the school for not paying their final wages.
