Some stretches of highway near a cluster of Florida wildfires are open again, while crews struggle for a third day to stop the flames.

Firefighters in Brevard County say nearly 4,000 acres are scorched, and dozens of homes have been damaged or destroyed.

The National Weather Service says firefighters could get some help from winds along the coast that are expected to slow to 10 to 15 mph.

Meanwhile, officials say at least one of the fires may have been deliberately set.
