88-year-old Mary Bunch died after a fire started in her home. The fire began on Monday around 4 p.m. Bunch was trapped in her home during the blaze.
She was pronounced dead by the Warren County Coroner's Office at 5:20 p.m. Fire officials say the fire started in the front room of the house.
The cause has not been determined.
