Officials are investigating a commuter train derailment in Chicago.

The train derailed on an elevated track early on May 28.

Officials now say 14 people have been taken to hospitals.

The city's fire commissioner says 11 of those passengers are in good condition and three are fair.

He says ten passengers and one train employee refused treatment.

Two of the cars went off the tracks, but they all remained upright.

Train service has been temporarily suspended.
