Taser Training

The Warren County Sheriff's Office has a new option when it comes to stopping people in their tracks.

Eight deputies spent the morning training with taser guns that will be on the streets of Warren County starting tomorrow.

Authorities say the tasers are a less lethal response to use if a situation gets out of hand.

The Bowling Green City Commission is currently looking into whether or not tasers will be used by the Bowling Green Police Department.

The issue was tabled at a recent meeting after an incident in Nashville where a man died after he was shocked with a taser 19 times.
