Twenty-year-old Ricky Neal of Edmonton pleads guilty Friday in circuit court to the April 27, 2001 shooting death of his 18-year-old girlfriend, Jamesann Stinson, at their residence in the Randolph community of Metcalfe County.
Commonwealth's Attorney Karen Davis recommends a 15-year sentence for Neal. Final sentencing is Feb. 11.
