The Bowling Green Fire Department reports a house fire was caused by a meth lab in the attic.
The fire department says it received the call to a fire on Cherry Way just after at 6:40 on January 22.
When firefighters arrived the front of the home was fully involved.
No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
The fire department reports the house sustained 40 thousand dollars worth of damage.
The Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force was called to the scene and detectives are continuing to investigate.
