Glasgow police say they stopped 44-year-old Joseph Pulliam for a routine traffic stop and later found out the car he was in was stolen.

Then Pulliam fled on foot in the Glasgow Square and police lost him after two blocks during the chase.

Upon further investigation where the vehicle was left at, there were several ingredients used to manufacture the product, Methamphetamine," says Major Hugh England

The Pulliam made it to the Comfort Inn in Glasgow and was able to call 59-year-old Eldon Allen from Bowling Green to come pick him up.

Police later arrested both men as they left the hotel.

Part of the Glasgow Square was shut down for two hours while the drug task force cleaned up the Meth materials inside the stolen vehicle.

Both of the men are lodged in the Glasgow Correctional Facility and are facing numerous charges.
