It was a trip down memory lane for those who went to see Historian Jonathan Jeffrey at the Bowling Green-Warren County Library on July 1.

Guests were treated to a fantastic PowerPoint on the history of Bowling Green and Warren County.

And if you are new in town or have friends visiting, Jeffrey pointed out the top spots in town that are a must see!

"Most people want to go first to a tourist site -- go out to the corvette plant and museum, then to Lost River Cave and out to some of our historic sites like Hobson House or Riverview and some of our historic buildings downtown," said Jeffrey.

Jeffrey has written several books about Warren County, including his latest "Standing Strong."

The historian came in to speak in honor of the public library officially becoming a county library.
