Dozens of prison inmates from Hawaii are doing time in an Eastern Kentucky prison.
The Otter Creek Correctional Center in Floyd County is housing 119 female inmates from the island state.
The Hawaiian State Government says it's cheaper to house inmates on the mainland, but some of the inmates say it's a double-punishment because they can't be visited by their families.
