The Kentucky State Police Trial Board convened this week in Frankfort to consider administrative charges alleging that Trooper Rob Jones had violated the KSP Standards of Conduct.

The board unanimously found Trooper Jones guilty of violating the honesty, inefficiency, conformance to law, conformance to rules and regulations and insubordination provisions of the Kentucky State Police Standards of Conduct.

Jones was a drug investigator for the Bowling Green post. He had been a state police trooper since 1991.
