Charles Morse, 26, of Louisville, pleaded guilty earlier this week to Murder by Complicity and First-degree Burglary. He admitted being with Gary Gamble when Gamble shot and killed Corey Webster at Willow Creek Apartments in November of 2003.
Gamble pleaded guilty last year, and was sentenced to 70 years in prison. But he is appealing that sentence.
Morse was a key witness against gamble. He is set to be sentenced Monday to 25 years in prison. Morse will be eligible for parole after 20 years.
