Mammoth Cave National Park is getting a face lift.
The park is getting a new six million dollar lighting system.
The park's matenance chief says more than 900 new lights will be in the cave, cutting down on unwanted plant growth.
Also, a new safety system for visitors is in the works.
A button will light up on a control panel, alerting underground workers of inclement weather on the surface.
The project is to be finished before March 2007.
