Experience Works has been around for 40 years, but some say it's the best kept secret in town.
It helps people ages 55 and older who earn $1000 or less a month, including social security, obtain the skills they need to gain employment.
Experience Works offers seniors training within a non-profit organization and pays them $5.15 an hour for up to 20 hours per week.
Seniors learn skills ranging from computer training to janitorial work.
