An Owensboro couple is reaching out to the area's Hispanic community by offering them a way to get to work.
Leonel and Crystal Martinez started a taxi service about a month ago.
They say the language barrier keeps many of the community's Hispanics from getting a license or buying a car.
It's a one-car operation, but Latino Taxi is driving about 20 to 25 people back and forth to work in Owensboro and neighboring Ohio County.
Leonel Martinez, who drives the taxi, also transports parents and their sick children to the hospital for free.
