With the lack of water in Franklin this morning, schools shut down and restaurants closed up shop for the day.

Carolyn Szetela of Plum Good Cafe says the health department called Franklin restaurants, telling them to close until the water problem is fixed. She says she hates being closed, but there's not much business she can do without H20.

"Not really," says Carolyn. "You have to have water to wash with, even if most things are pre-packaged. You have to wash your hands, make tea, coffee, whatever. You need water."

Carolyn adds she plans to keep the Plum Good Cafe closed through tomorrow just to be on the safe side.
