The founder of Garvin's says the project along I-65 in Franklin is a go with or with out tax incentives.

The project started by David Garvin includes 900 acres along the interstate.

A bill that didn't make it though the legislation session was going to give a tax incentive to some businesses that come to the area.

However Representative Rob Wilkey says this is too important for Franklin to let the bill die. He believes a special session will be called where this can finally be passed.

Bill or no bill construction isn't stopping for the area that may include a Cabela's store and a Fortune 500 company.

Garvin says high end restaurants and hotels are also on way for the RV park.

"Franklin's a great community great people and it's really going to create a lot of excitement and a lot of new jobs and a lot of things that will really rediscover Franklin," said president of Garvin's Steve Snodgrass.

Snodgrass hopes by the summer of 2007 attractions will be up and running ready for business.

Garvin says this will be a business venture that will never cease to grow and improve.
