$3.59.

It's the lowest gas price we currently have on our WBKO Gas Gauge in a week when gas prices appear to be dropping. One store in Bowling Green is reported to have that price while three more stores in town are charging $3.60 for gas and eight are charging $3.61 a gallon.

"I am very happy," says area resident Linda James. "Prior to recently, my truck, it took almost $70 to fill it up and now since the gas went down it's only $47 to fill my truck up. I'm very happy. I can afford to buy other things now instead of just gas."

Our gas in town has gone down to $3.39. I haven't seen it that low anywhere.
