Lt. Gov. Steve Henry shared his vision for the state at Western Kentucky University as he considers running for the state's top job.
Henry says he is concerned over the state's health care situation.
He also says that the Kentucky Trimodal Transpark may not be the best solution for economic development in South Central Kentucky.
Henry has formed an exploratory committee to decide whether he will run for governor.
