Kentucky's largest center for mentally retarded adults has been cited again for endangering residents' safety.
The citation was given Friday against the communities at Oakwood in Somerset.
A resident swallowed latex gloves and had to have surgery to remove them.
Cabinet Health and Family Services Secretary, Mark Birdwhistell asked for an investigation after Oakwood was cited for the 17th time in 16 months.
Birdwhistell says he'd like to make Oakwood smaller by relocating some residents to group homes.
