Tennessee-based Made-Rite Sandwich Company recalls 27,000 packaged chicken and tuna salad sandwiches.
The Ooltewah processor says the celery used for the sandwiches wasn't properly prepared.
There's a risk of bacterial contamination.
The sandwiches were sold in triangular plastic containers as Great Americal Deli, Granny Green, and Lil' Cindy's brands.
They were distributed in Kentucky and 15 other southern and midwestern states.
You should return the sandwiches to the place of purchase for a full refund.
