An area restaurant has added a new item to the menu to entice travelers.
Back in November, Cave City residents passed a measure to allow certain restaurants to serve liquor by the drink.
Those with Sahara Steakhouse in Cave City say they are the first to serve liquor by the drink in around sixty years.
The owner, Brian Dale, is also the director of the Cave City Convention Center and he says he hopes this change will bring more businesses and revenue into Cave City.
However, not all residents of cave city are happy about this new change.
Dennis Hudgins, the preacher for Cave City Church of Christ, says from the research he's done, he doesn't believe selling alcohol will bring more revenue into the area.
