Perry County Sheriff's Officials say 28-year-old Tina Potter was riding on an ATV with her children ages nine, five, and four, when they went over an embankment and landed in a creek. Official says two of the children were wearing helmets and were treated for minor injuries. Potter and one of the children were not wearing helmets and sustained head injuries. Potter was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The condition of the children was not avaliable.
