Gov. Ernie Fletcher is asking a judge to seal any report issued by a special grand jury until a judge can review it.
Fletcher also wants a judge to dismiss the 14 sealed indictments the grand jury issued on the same day it indicted him.
The governor made the requests today in a 16-page motion filed with the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
A spokeswoman for Attorney General Greg Stumbo declined to comment on the motion.
The special grand jury indicted Fletcher in May, accusing him of violating state personnel laws. He has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges and is slated to stand trial Nov. 8.
