Gamblers who prefer computers to blackjack tables may not be able to bet online anymore.
Today the U.S. House plans to vote on a bill banning paying for online bets with credit cards.
It would also give law enforcement officials the authority to block access to gambling Web sites.
Some critics say the bill doesn't cover all forms of gambling.
They say online lotteries and Internet betting on horse racing would flourish.
