An Arkansas man has been indicted on manslaughter charges, after the semi he was driving, hit and killed a young girl in a car on the side of Interstate-65.
The accident happened in January, in the Northbound lane of I-65 in Warren County.
According to officials, a Ford Explorer carrying three people was parked on the emergency shoulder of the road, when the tractor-trailer, driven by 58-year-old Frank Johnson left the road and hit the Explorer.
Six-year-old Tysianna Holder was pronounced dead at the scene.
Johnson now faces manslaughter and assault charges.
His next court appearance is scheduled for September 5th.
