The anniversary of a kidnapping heard throughout South Central Kentucky reaches 10 years, but evidence and answers are still lacking.

Seven-year old Morgan Violi was kidnapped from outside a Bowling Green apartment complex on July 24, 1996. Her body was later found on October 20 on a farm near White House, Tennessee.

Police recovered the van the kidnapper used to get away with Morgan, but they never arrested anyone. 10 years later, the FBI and Bowling Green Police are still looking for the person responsible for her abduction and murder.
