A judge denies shock probation for a Former Warren County Magistrate facing drug charges.
Terry Stahl was arrested last March by the Warren County-Bowling Green drug task force, after police say he sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant. He was also served with two warrants for previous reported drug buys. The DTF and Bowling Green Police had investigated Stahl for three months prior to his arrest.
Now, Warren County Circuit Judge Steve Wilson has denied Stahl's request for shock probation.
Stahl's term on Warren County's Fiscal court ended in 2002, when he lost a bid for re-election.
