Children dying in Haiti, victims of food crisis PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AP) -- The food crisis in Haiti is blamed for the deaths of at least 26 children in the past four weeks in just one region. All were severely malnourished. Another 65 starving children are being treated and aide workers fear the toll will rise much higher if help does not come quickly.
